Cancellation Policy

At Chad+Co, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest while respecting the time of both our clients and our team. To ensure we can best accommodate all guests, including those on our waitlist, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

We understand that plans can change, and we are always happy to accommodate appointment adjustments whenever possible. We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved appointment time to another guest and helps us maintain the highest level of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as:

Failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notifying the salon.

Canceling after your scheduled appointment time has begun.

No-show appointments will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total, which will be charged to the card on file.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

We are always happy to help you find another appointment time. To avoid a cancellation fee, rescheduling requests must also be made with at least 48 hours' notice.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to an emergency or sudden illness, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. While our cancellation policy is applied consistently to ensure fairness for all of our guests and our team, exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
