Refund & Adjustment Policy At Chad + Co, we care deeply about the experience we provide and take pride in delivering thoughtful, customized results for every guest. Each service is based on a thorough consultation, professional expertise, and time dedicated specifically to you. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and the opportunity for us to properly address any concerns.
Adjustments (Redos) If you have any concerns with your service, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can review and make any necessary adjustments.
- As long as you reach out within the 7-day timeframe, we will honor the adjustment even if scheduling falls outside of it (up to two weeks from appt. date).
- Any requests made after the 7-day window will be considered a new service and subject to full pricing
- Adjustment requests are no longer valid if the hair has been altered outside of Chad + Co, including services performed at another salon or at-home changes
- Adjustments must be performed by the original stylist; requests to see a different stylist will be subject to additional charges
Refunds Due to the nature of salon services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. A service is considered rendered once the appointment has been completed, as time, product, and professional expertise have already been invested.
