Chad+Co Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a Chad+Co membership, you agree to the following terms and policies. These policies are designed to provide fairness, clarity, and consistency for both our members and our team.

1. Membership Billing & Commitment
  • Memberships are billed automatically each month to the card on file.
  • A minimum 3-month commitment is required. After that, memberships renew monthly unless canceled.
  • Prices and inclusions are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
2. Payments & Refunds
  • Membership fees are non-refundable, even if services are not used during the month.
  • Funds paid toward membership cannot be applied toward other services, products, or transferred to another client.
  • If a payment is declined, the membership will be suspended until payment is resolved.
3. Service Inclusions & Restrictions
  • Services included in your membership must be redeemed within the billing cycle. Unused services do not roll over.
  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
  • Substitutions of services are not allowed (example: a blowout cannot be exchanged for a haircut).
  • Extension blowouts and specialty services carry additional pricing.
4. Retail Discounts
  • Retail discounts apply only to Chad+Co branded or approved retail products.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, loyalty points, or sales unless otherwise noted.
  • Retail discounts apply only during active membership periods.
5. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all membership services.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of that month’s included service.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
6. Gray Rescue Add-On (Platinum Members Only)
  • Add-on services are available only to Platinum Members at the listed price.
  • Add-on services must be booked with participating stylists and are subject to availability.
7. Pausing & Canceling Memberships
  • Memberships may be paused once per calendar year, for up to 2 consecutive months, with written request.
  • To cancel, members must provide 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.
  • Early termination before the 3-month minimum term may result in a charge equal to the remaining months owed.
  • No refunds, credits, or backdating of cancellations will be issued once billing has occurred.
8. Priority Waitlist
  • Elite Members receive waitlist priority, meaning they will be contacted first when last-minute openings are available.
  • Priority waitlist access does not guarantee specific dates or times.
9. General Policies
  • Membership services and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash value.
  • Chad+Co reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership offerings with 30 days’ notice.
  • Memberships are for personal use only and may not be transferred or sold.
  • Chad+Co reserves the right to revoke or deny membership in cases of abuse, misconduct, or repeated policy violations.
